PS Ball is an abbreviation for Precious Slag Ball, a novel material created by rapidly cooling slag generated during the steelmaking process using our proprietary Slag Atomizing Technology (SAT). The supercooling method of molten slag transforms the liquid steel slag stream into spherical slag balls of varied sizes by using quick heat exchange of the falling liquid steel slag in high-speed airflow. Free CaO and Fe2O3 are scattered during this process to create a solid PS ball, resulting in a stable Spinel Structure.
