Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement applies to manufacturers and suppliers who apply to list products, receive buyer leads, or operate a company page on this marketplace.

1. Eligibility

You must provide accurate company details, a reachable business contact, and documents requested for verification. Incomplete or misleading applications may be rejected or suspended.

2. Listings

Product titles, specifications, images, and indicative prices must be truthful. You may not list counterfeit, prohibited, or unrelated items. Published products may be reviewed and unpublished by the platform.

3. Leads and buyer contact

Buyer inquiries and buy requirements are shared only after admin review (where applicable) and according to your membership plan limits and lead credits. Contact details are for genuine business follow-up only. You must not resell, spam, or misuse lead data.

4. Response standard

Respond to leads promptly with a clear quote or decline. Repeated non-response or abusive behaviour may lead to suspension.

5. Plans and featured placement

Plan benefits (lead limits, contact visibility, featured placement) are assigned by the platform. Featured listings must comply with this agreement and may be removed at any time.

6. Account security

Keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your supplier account.

7. Suspension

The platform may suspend or remove a seller for policy breaches, buyer complaints, or legal risk without prior notice where needed to protect users.

8. Changes

We may update this agreement. Continued use of the seller portal after changes means you accept the updated terms.
