Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the website and every inquiry, quotation, and supply order.

These terms govern the AJPDAS website and every inquiry, quotation, and supply order for abrasive media, thermal spray wire, minerals, guns, machine spares, and related equipment. They bind AJPDAS and the buyer. If a signed quotation states a different price, quantity, or delivery term, that quotation applies to that order.

Definitions

  • Buyer means the person or company that sends an inquiry or accepts a quotation.
  • Goods means the industrial products named in a quotation or order.
  • Indicative price means the figure shown on a product page. It is not the confirmed order price.
  • Quotation means the firm commercial offer AJPDAS issues for a named specification, quantity, and destination.
  • Order means a supply that exists only after AJPDAS accepts it in writing.

Use of the website

Product text, photographs, and the price on a product page help a buyer describe a requirement. They are not an offer to sell at that figure. AJPDAS may correct a description or an indicative price. The specification that governs supply is the one written in the accepted quotation.

Indicative price and quotations

Our Price and Market Price on a product page are indicative. How those figures should be read is explained on the Pricing page.

  • A quotation is valid for the period written on it. If no period is written, it holds for 7 days.
  • If the grade, quantity, packing, or destination changes, the quotation is prepared again.
  • A quotation is not an order. Sending an inquiry does not reserve stock.

How an order is formed

An order is confirmed only when AJPDAS accepts it in writing. Acceptance may be an order confirmation, a signed quotation, or a written message that names the goods, quantity, price, and destination. The buyer checks grade, size, quantity, packing, and delivery details before confirming.

Specifications

The buyer is responsible for the grade, size, mesh, chemistry, machine model, and application they specify. AJPDAS supplies to the specification in the accepted quotation. The buyer confirms that the selected product is suitable for their process.

Price, GST, and currency

The price of an order is the price in the accepted quotation, in the currency named there. Domestic quotations are normally in rupees. GST is included or extra exactly as the quotation says. A change in specification, quantity, or destination changes the price.

Payment

The quotation names the payment terms for that order. Those terms may be an advance, the balance before dispatch, or credit for an approved repeat buyer. Dispatch follows the payment terms on that order. AJPDAS may withhold dispatch if a payment that is due has not been received.

Delivery, risk, and title

The quotation names the destination and whether freight is included, free under the Free Shipping rule, or charged separately. Export freight, documents, and destination charges are separate unless that quotation includes them. Duty in the destination country is the buyer’s cost unless the quotation says otherwise.

Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the named destination or to the carrier, as the quotation states. Title passes when AJPDAS has received the price in full.

Time of supply

The lead time on the quotation is an estimate for a standard order. It starts when the order is accepted and any required advance is received. A change in specification, a late payment, or a cause outside AJPDAS’s control moves the dispatch date.

Inspection and shortages

The buyer inspects the goods on receipt. A shortage, transport damage, or a specification mismatch should be reported promptly, with photographs and the packing list, so AJPDAS can review it. Where the goods have already been used or processed, review depends on the remaining material still being available to check.

Cancellation and returns

Material that has been cut, packed, or procured for a named specification is not automatically returnable. Cancellation after acceptance depends on whether production or procurement has started, and any cost already incurred may be charged. A return is accepted only when AJPDAS agrees to it in writing.

Liability

For a confirmed failure to supply goods that meet the accepted quotation, AJPDAS’s responsibility is limited to repairing, replacing, or re-supplying the affected goods, or refunding the price paid for those goods. AJPDAS is not liable for plant stoppage, lost production, or other indirect loss arising from the buyer’s use of the goods. The buyer remains responsible for safe handling and for fitness in their own process.

Events outside either party’s control

Fire, flood, transport failure, port closure, or a government restriction may delay supply. The affected party gives notice, and the dispatch date moves by the period of the disruption. Either party may end the unfulfilled part of the order if the disruption continues. Any price already paid for the unfulfilled part is handled as the parties agree in writing.

Website content

Text, photographs, and layout on this website belong to AJPDAS. A buyer may not copy the catalog for their own sale. Inquiry details are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

AJPDAS may update these terms on the website. An order already accepted stays on the terms and quotation in force when it was accepted.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
