14M Wire Flame Spray Gun

The 14M Wire Flame Spray Gun is a lightweight wire spray gun that draws wire in, melts it with fuel gas, and blasts the molten particles onto the substrate using an air turbine. This flexible rifle features a central wire feed thumb trigger and is ideal for hand-held use. It's used to cover metals and metal alloys. The Flame Spray Gun 14M has a standard gas head that may be configured to use Oxy/Acetylene or Oxy/Propane fuel gas. The typical (Wire Flame Spray Gun) gun sprays 1/8" wire with acetylene as the fuel gas. All typical wire diameters from 3/16" down to 1/16" is supported by appropriate hardware. The 14M Flame Spray Gun has a controllable speed range of roughly 2 to 15 feet per minute (0.6 - 4.6 m/min) with conventional gears to about 5 to 45 feet per minute (1.5 - 14 m/min) with the special readily fitted, high-speed gear set.
